About 5.11 Tactical Surge
The Tanto Surge from 5.11 Tactical was designed by Mike VellEKAmp of BladeTech. The Surge features a sturdy black oxide coated AUS-8 stainless steel tanto blade with a flat grind and a plain edge. The G-10 handle scales are well contoured for an impressive feel that is further enhanced by the deep index finger choil and jimped thumb ramp. The full tang handle extends past the G-10 scales with a strike edge and a lanyard hole. The Wharn Tanto's injection molded sheath is web platform compatible with reversible/adjustable MOLLE-LOK attachment system.
