This Bull Pup FLipper is a superb knife from Burr Oak Knives. It has a 416/52100 San Mai Damascus drop point style blade, stamped "Burr Oak Nevling" on back. The handle features mosaic Damascus bolsters and polished carbon fiber/toxic green G-10 scales over titanium liners. The steel back spacer, titanium liners and blade spine are finely filed. This knife comes with a signed certifiCATe of authenticity, dated 10/9/14.Mark Nevling, the craftsman and creator of Burr Oak Knives, discovered his enthusiasm for knife-making in 1987 when he cReated his first knife. He has continued in perfecting his work since that time, now as a full-time maker with a skill set that is evidenced in the exemplary Knives he produces. Mark Nevling is also a volunteer firefighter and a certified first responder in Hume, Illinois; this gives him working knowledge of the particular needs of these professionals.
