About CIVIVI Mandate Black Titanium Utility Knife (9Cr18MoV + Damascus)
This Mandate MODel has a black titanium handle.The CIVIVI Mandate is a tiny retractable knife with a world of utility. The handle is made of milled titanium, and has an easy, one-hand action. When closed, the Mandate has a bottle opener in the front. The pommel has a multi-size compatible hex wrench. The Mandate comes with a 9Cr18MoV blade installed, two spares, and one spare made of Damascus steel.

Blades were not given as promised. was told to just contact the manufacturer. the blade is ok but I wish the locking mechanism was a bit stronger. very durable blade.

A really nice little knife from Civivi and I am very impressed with the fit and finish. Having extra blades is a really nice bonus and just a really all-around a good knife and the extras of the bottle opener and hex wrenches are nice, too.
