The handle is made from expertly crafted carbon fiber scales which keep the knife very lightweight. Designed by Andrew Demko and Lynn C. Thompson, this elegant pocket knife was expertly engineered to be the ultimate sophistiCATed pen-knife. It has a slim profile and an unobtrusive pocket clip which make carrying the knife comfortable and convenient. This slip joint is great. You do not want to take this knife apart. Think of this review as a P.S.A. other than being hard to reassemble its a great little tool to add to the rotation.

This is an ultra modern take on a classic slip joint knife. The carbon fiber is lightweight and high quality, very smooth with almost nonexistent pitting. The full serrated blade compliments the very sharp plain edge blade, using CTS-XHP steel. Included is a pocket clip which is the finishing touch making this versatile gentleman's knife a winner. I carry this "Luck" every day, it's my money clip. You might say it makes a great lightweight backup.
The fit and finish along with the materials used are superb, very highly recommended.
BTW since I've been carrying it I've not won the lottery but haven't been ripped off either.
