About CRKT Carson M21-04G Big Dog Flipper Knife Black G-10 (3.875" Black)
The CRKT M21-04G Big Dog knife features a stainless steel InterFrame build with textured black G-10 scales and a locking liner. CRKT's patented AutoLAWKS automatic safety turns this folder into a virtual fixed blade automatically. The M21 MODel features a removable stainless steel pocket clip. All fasteners, including the clip screws, are Torx. The Big Dog M21-04G has a gray titanium nitride finished 8Cr14MoV stainless steel blade with a deep-bellied spear point style and a plain cutting edge. One-hand opening is made simple with dual thumb studs and a Carson FLipper for quick deployment.

This is another big sucker. I bought this when I was just getting started on my path of knife acquisition and didn't quite know what I was doing. Which is to say be sure to check the measurements before you purchase this one, that aside I dig it. It's a nice addition to my collection which is comprised of a number of CRKT knives. I found pretty quickly they make good, solid, reliable… read more blades at a reasonable price. I guess you could say this was an impulse buy. At this point I had gotten kind of carried away, but what the hell. It's a welcome addition to the family.

Flips well, absolutely love the blade shape. BUT this knife is much thicker and slightly heavier than its cousin the M16-04KS, which I greatly prefer for frequent carrying. Would love this blade shape on the M16! I'm also not a huge fan of the LAWKS system - seems redundant given the outstanding lock-up of the M16 and M21 and makes for annoying one handed closing. Still a cool knife,… read more especially for large hands and frequent use. Edited: added a star, because the knife is great, just prefer M16.

This is a big knife for edc but a great knife for the money. It’s built super solid. And I really like the secondary liner lock. I would buy this knife again.
