My new EDC 4sure
I mostly do overlanding and backpacking this is a great little carry for both. The feel in hand is great and even better when using for cooking on the trail. It is more compact than I originally thought for its blade size. The g10 scale is a little smooth for myself personally as it will ware down smother with a lot of use. The stonewash on the metal components is honestly my favorite… read more of any knife I have ever seen. The action needed a little tweaking for me personally but most do.The orange accents are really nice especially in the pocket it just a nice subtle pop. Would definitely recommend and when they come out with a better steel in this design just take my money now.
CRKT hit it out of the park with this one!
This sucker is a user for sure! Love the ergos, love the balance, love how slim it is.. I was pleasantly surprised by how much more I liked this knife than what I was expecting. I have a ton of knives and this is easily my new edc. The blade being lower than the handle is just awesome for food, and pretty much everything I do. CRKT, please make more of these in better blade steel… read more and other color options! If you're on the fence, just buy it and you will love it!
Sturdy workhorse
A little heavy for dress-pants EDC, for me at least, but a rugged glutton for work or the field. The opening was a little stiff out of the box, but a minimal twist loosened it right up. The scales are nicely grippy - tacky, not bloodthirsty - and the same for the large, blunt jimping on the back of the blade. It came work-sharp, not shaving sharp; easy to fix.I like it.
