About Gerber Gator 6" Fillet Knife

The Gerber Gator Fillet Knives have full tang stainless steel blades; tempered to hold an edge, yet retain an amazing amount of flex, critical in a good fillet knife. The blades are embedded in a soft Kraton rubber handle, the perfect grip material for a fillet knife. Kraton provides a positive, comfortable grip, even when wet. The knife comes with a hard molded plastic sheath that provides safety and convenience. There is also a ceramic sharpener in the tip of the sheath making edge touch-up quick and easy. All Gerber Fillet Knives are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and the Gator Filletis covered by Patents #4,428,515 and #4,825,552.
