About Marfione Custom UTX-85 OTF Automatic Knife Aluminum (3.1" Stonewash)
Preceding Microtech's production of the redesigned UTX-85, Marfione Custom Knives has released a limited, serial numbered run with hand ground blades. They are two-tone stonewash finished Elmax steel, double-edge dagger blades with hollow grinds. The handles are black anodized and sport the Marfione Dagger up front while the pocket clip is marked with serial number, Marfione Dagger, date of production, maker, and MODel. The UTX-85, a compact and functional MODel based on the Ultratech, offers refinements in its design that are immediately appreciated. Rounded handle edges improve comfort, while patches of grooves along the edge ensure excellent grip. The firing button has been redesigned to increase surface contact for effective engagement, and the glass breaker has a ball-tip set in the trip-angle pattern base to increase its everyday carry manners. This iteration of the UTX-85 will certainly appeal to those who value Microtech's high-performance out-the-front action and exceptional build quality.
