About Spyderco Endura 4 - Titanium Handle - Damascus Blade
The Endura 4 Titanium Damascus honors of one of Spydercos most popular designs by expressing it with an impressive combination of old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art materials. Its breathtaking Damascus-clad blade is made from D.P.S. 15a unique blade material produced by Takefu Special Steel Company, Ltd. of Japan. It consists of a VG-10 stainless steel core sandwiched between two outer layers of Damascus steel. Each of the Damascus layers is composed of 15 layers of forge-welded steel, beautifully patterned and etched to reveal the detail of the structure. To complement its dramatic 31-layer blade, the handle scales of this knife are made from state-of-the-art 6AL-4V titanium. Precision machined and bead blasted to a handsome grey finish, the scales are supported by a stainless steel back spacer and mated to the blade by a high-strength back lock mechanism. All components are assembled with Precision stainless steel Torx hardware and meticulously hand finished. Extra touches of class include a stainless steel liner tube in the lanyard hole and a polished stainless steel clip configurable for left or right-side tip-up or tip-down carry.

How much do i like this knife?
Enough to order a second one now. I like spares when they are this nice at a great price.
Nothing compares in this price range. Flawless execution, fit and finish. You can easily pay multiple times more and get something not near as nice. Plastic scales on $600-$800 production folders,!!! Who's kidding who here, get a clue!

If you are an Endura fan you will love this knife. Top rate in all ways and a great value. They have fixed the stiffness problem. Fit and finish are 4.7 out of 5. You still need to debur/ dulll the Spyder hole like on all Spydercos.
