Love H1!
Got this as a gift and was skeptical about a hawkbill but was surprised in its usefulness for an EDC. Little awkward for food prep but no complaints otherwise. H1 steel is amazing. This knife is always my go to for water activities. Rode in my board shorts pockets for a weeks worth of ocean water and salt water pools in the Caribbean and not a speck of rust.
Flimsy feel
Didn't realize the handle didn't contain a metal liner, so the handle has a flimsy feel to it. Not robust enough for stripping #4 coated copper (bird wire) which was my desired use. Hard to find a quality hawkbill for utility purposes. Great for opening boxes and cutting rope. Would work fine for the average user.
