Victorinox's 10" Black Fibrox Butcher Knife (40638) features a granton edge and patented black Fibrox handle made of a textured polyamide that is slip-resistant when wet for maximum safety. Ergonomically designed, the knife is lightweight and balanced to reduce tension in the wrist. The blade is conically ground length and crosswise to reduce friction when cutting for ease of use. All black Fibrox Knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original SWiss Army Knife, and come with a lifetime warranty.
